Mindful Molly is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Registered Social Worker, Blogger/Writer, Traveller, and Musician. She is passionate about applying yoga as a tool for self-care and mental wellness. She currently works between various locations in Canada and Mexico. She offers private and group yoga classes inspired by the Sivananda lineage. She can work with any level of yoga student, beginner to advanced. She applies mindfulness and relaxation techniques to her work as mental health professional.
